it's a good shot, but needs a few improvements. First the image needs to be straightened (it leans to the right) and either crop it or clon out that tree from the upper right corner, it simply ruins the composition. The red and green tones are great choice, but I think its exaggerated a bit. Anyway... you got my vote... as I havent seen anything more impressive for a fairy tale yet.

I love the colors and the trees; even if this was not in this category, a fairy tale land is the first thing that would come to my mind. I agree with "Sergiu" in that the upper-right tree is in the way, but it's still a great shot...got my vote!
