My friend Charlie and I drove up to Jacksonville, Florida last night to hang out with my friends in Our Last Night. They were playing at Fuel Coffee House. Check them out when you get a chance, they are incredible people and extremely talented musicians.

Anyway, On our way up there I saw this lake, just beyond a trailer park and I had to pull over and snap a couple shots. This one was my favorite. I love the positions of the birds, the boat in the distance and the boy walking down the dock on the right. It was 65 degrees outside and the sun helped warm up any exposed skin. It was one of the most gorgeous afternoons I had seen in a long time.

I want people to want to be there. I want everyone to think about how it would feel to come up over this space of grass and see a dock with a gorgeous view of the lake right in front of them. I still feel like I'm there.
