The train station. All preparing for the adventures of the rail.
I have grown to appreciate the rail system. I actually look forward to taking the train for business travel. On this day, I was very early for my morning departure for San Diego (a 3 hour trip from Los Angeles). The early morning hours find those few waiting, resting and in many respects held captives of time tables, schedules, transfers and missed departures. But one could feel the climate of energy starting to rise, as more and more commuters arrived, ready to start their day.

i was there, too. i spent a few hours hanging around getting ready to "hitch" a ride to san diego with no money. i found out thre bus drivers pretty much have control over who gets on or not. the driver liked me and let me sleep in the back of the bus on the seat until i got to san diego. i like your photo because of all the memories of crystal and sleepless hours on my way to the girl who'd forgive me and give me everything that would cure me.
