Jemalang Ringut, is a soft spoken, friendly penan we made point of visiting on our trip into the depths of the borneo forest. despite his health condition, he gave us his time, telling us stories of Bruno, the fate of the penans and their future, as the Malaysian goverment continues to butcher through their land for logs, raking in billions from clients worldwide, while the Penan tribe are forced out, subsequently leaving their home, traditions and culture to die in the forest.
