You must have had a lens as big as the moon to catch this so huge and detailed... was this shot the night before you posted? That was the evening of the largest we'll see the moon all year... if not, doesn't matter... that HUGE lens caught this beautifully and the tree in the foreground added a lot of interest. I wish that I had more than a 105 mm that evening... mine looks so un-detailed in comparison. Fantastic shot!!!!

Yes.i have used an Equinox 500mm telescope for taking this picture, and for your more information, you can take such photos even a few nights after the full moon on the same spot and also you can use the natural objects or sceneries as a foreground.
