Three States of Being
Well, not really, but let's pretend.
The long exposure gives the moving water a gaseous look, and I thought maybe here then are three states of water as a gas, a liquid, and a solid.
In truth, each molecule of this water has been in each state many times over, and will be again.
and... I like the way it looks.
