Walking the turtle

I had just come out of the Chinzan-So Garden that surrounds Tokyo's Four Seasons Hotel in Bunkyo ward when I saw this: an old gentleman walking his dog and turtle. You can just see the red of the shoes on the turtle's hind legs!
