Lottery
Closer horizontal with plants and tire tracks.
I had been using this one as the desktop photo on my notebook computer when I realized I liked it as much as (or more than) my other photo of this building.

Horizontal - to me, the added view of the plain painted wall accentuates the overall starkness and the banner signs (and the larger Lottery sign says volumes about their clientele).
