Dec. 8 is the beginning of the celebration and a procession at night marks the beginning of the 3 day celebration.

Wonderful shot in low light, Mayette! This inspires me to look up my Dec. 8 photos. I got stuck in Intramuros when they closed the gates due to the processions.
