sitting idle can sometimes yield creativity :)
we have a glass jar at home, which is filled with soft, rubber-like balls, blue in color; they react with water, i.e. the more water you give them, the bigger they grow...
i was really bored and suddenly an idea came to me... i placed another one of my wife's perfumes into that jar, and it resulted in a nice, original effect :)
i had placed the jar such that the sunlight was falling exactly behind it :) i tilted the perfume bottle, which was quite difficult :) and the shot was taken in DX crop mode on the D3, using the VIVID color mode :) and of course, i used a tripod this time :) couldn't afford any blurs here :) (though i do have a wonderful idea which involves motion blur, attached as a workshop...)
processed in Capture NX 2 and photoshop, where i tried to induce some pink hue in an attempt to bring the colors more in line with the perfume's name... though i believe it could be a lot better in that respect... but since i am not good with colors, this is the best i could come up with :)
this is the original composition :)
thanks for viewing, lets see what u think of this one :)
