This is my Dad, also known as Papa to the grandchildren. I like to call him Nanook of the North in this outfit, kind of like a patron saint to those who love the snow and cold of winter and the outdoors. Dad, at age 77, still works outside in the elements. The woodpile behind him is some of what he does to provide fuel for the fireplaces in the log cabin he built many years ago, where we all grew up. He is father to 8 children & our spouses, and at last count (and still adding more) he is grandfather (Papa) to 34 grandchildren. A hero and role model to us all, one we truly love and cherish.
