A roadside food. Yes they are unhealthy, not regulated by the health authorities. Yet we defy everything and take it. Something we all enjoy.Soft and tangy taste. A typical of Kolkata. India. This man is poor but the greatest thing I like is His Happy smile. Reminds me of the same universal force connecting all human beings rich or poor.
