The times that give me perspective, hope, faith, and opportunities for growth are usually the times that are the most challenging. Sorrow, grief, despair, lonliness, longing, frustration, confusion, and pain can produce the deepest, most meaningful sense of God...and that which is much greater and much larger than myself.
