Friends from the War time - Van Tasker and Herb Englehardt of the amphibious ship USS LSM 469.

During WWII, a total of 558 LSMs were built. They played a pivotal role in landing men and materiel on the shores of Iwo Jima, Leyte, and finally Okinawa.
