Portsmouth Tunnel - No color altering, just the awful (yet cool) glow of the sodium lights. Slight adjustment of contrast.
I corrected the name of which tunnel this actually is. I have so many different tunnel shots it's hard to tell sometimes. That's what happens when you give an image a funky name instead of the place or thing it actually is... :)
