Its not as bad as it sounds...
In fact, it is truly awesome in its scope and beauty, which shifts with every new cloud formation and passing hour. It is magical and foreboding, humbling and thrilling. Just be sure to bring plenty of water and a good lens brush. The sand can wreak havoc on your camera if you're not prepared.
