Sunrise at Dollarhide
Every year (for two years now) St. Supery Winery opens up a photoshoot on their Dollarhide Vineyard property. This year Northern California was heavy into the worst fire season in history and smoke filled the Napa Valley and surrounding counties from fires to the Northwest, North and Northeast. The photoshoot was cast in red making photos almost surreal in the early sunrise luminescence. Trying to balance color and saturation in digital darkroom was difficult ... what what real looked artificial ... so minimal color correction usually was best.
