Q: My sister in-law recently gave me a Canon EOS 10D digital camera body. Having only used point and shoot cameras, what would be a good beginners lens to get for this camera? Should I get kit lens to start with?

A: Do you know?

The nation pulled together after Katrina and only a few months after the storm New Orleans is still beautiful. This is a New Orleans alleyway. The essence of New Orleans is captured in this shot of beautiful buildings towering over a very used walkway with remnants of trash. New Orleans is a very used city and only there can the beauty of architecture and the presence of trash combine to create the character of a city and represent it as beauty.

I like this photo. It is a great perspective on a familiar location. If you go to my profile you will see my interpretation of the same alleyway. Yours is very interesting and its great to see! I like it!
