Fremont, California.

The infant son of an accomplished Danish chef, with whom I was supposed to collaborate with publishing a cookbook, provided me with the vicarious experience of parenting when I was drafted for baby-sitting. I thought his fascination was with my camera, but when a modeling agency called for him, he was uncooperative with their inhouse photographer. Apparently, we had developed an empathy.

Loved the story. That is quite common with kids. I can tell by his eyes that he was comfortable with you. A very nice portrait!

I totally agree with F.Robert's comments. A similiar situation occured with my daughter at about his age, and when I think back I'm glad she wasn't involved in any form of media. A child at that age doesn't need the stress, it was our push for glory as parents!
