An old cowboy art gallery and saddle shop burned down about 4 blocks from my workplace 3 years ago. The next day at lunch I went to check it out and took my camera. I got some very interesting shots and seen a lot of memories there. This shot is my favorite, and no matter how many times I look at it, I still get lost in it. I knew the man that died in the fire and he was a great artist. The papers on the ground are some of his many sketches that were floating around in the aftermath. I have no idea how they didn't get burned... his art still lived I guess.
