Another Pipeline image...Kalani Chapman... (I'm pretty sure, but I will check on that) going for the big bottom turn as the power is trying to reign him in.
I love seeing the clean face of the wave and also the chaos collapsing behind it in this shot.............It's sure as hell not one of my best, but it definitely displays the North Shore's raw power, and if you look hard enough, you should pick up a bit of the adrennallin.that Kalani would be feeling right about now......Scott in the foreground watching and documenting it all unfold !

Think about it for a minute........one cubic meter of water equals one metric tonne, and it's landing on your head usually.

This one's for David Baker. !!

Thanks guy's............I cant believe how quick you get onto these shots as I upload them........I come home from work every day ( in Australia, so I'm about to wind down for the night ) and my first gig is to check out my activity on JPG.
For the last three days I get nothing when I thought I had a couple of good images up, so I go into the file dungeon and dig up something that excites ME...........(not what I think the general public will get into).........upload it, and bingo........when I hit "save this puppy", there's already multiple comments . I love it.....there's always someone watching.
That's when you know what's working and what's not.
When this happens, it makes all that time I spend squinting behind the lens totally worthwhile.
    Cheers,
    Mal
