It's the annual bluebonnet/wildflower season in Texas. This is a field filled with nothing but identical twins of this little yellow flower for as far as the eye can see. Acres and acres of flowers beckon to people speeding by on the freeway. Of course, many people are intoxicated by the sight and pull their car over to be a part of it. Hordes of people trespass, climb on the farmer's tractor, and play on his hay bales as if they owned them. It's bluebonnet season in central Texas. But this field is different than the others. In the bluebonnet fields there is a peaceful feeling. This is endless yellow energy. Of course, no police come. It's SPRING in Texas! How could they arrest people for doing what they just HAVE to do when they see this field? Nothing like a yellow field to fill people up with zing.
