I miss New York. Your use of black and white is put to great effect. It finds order. It shows, for example, the London Tube - in contrast to your Q line shot - to be a cave-dive. It shows New York as a thing of beauty. I'm reminded of my subway rides to work: winter days, when New York was nothing but black and white, staring up at an advertisement for Jamaica. One knew that the image it bore had to have been photographed with a filter dark as night. One might have been reminded that "hell" is a German word for "bright". So, okay: all seriousness in your eyes; I see this is your North Face, like a mask. I'm reminded that this is a reflection. I'm riding backward, despite the motion. Wonderful series of images.

Love the shot! Nothing like roaming around the city to capture the mood. -

What better place for a self portrait than a train; I love the dark graininess of your shot.
