Lowell Observatory in Flagstaff, the observatory where Pluto was discovered, offers stargazing to the public almost every night. So long as it's not too windy and the skies are clear, you can look at celestial bodies through a telescope; but that means that Lowell's volunteers have to brave some rather cold weather while waiting for guests to arrive.
