Ahh poor forlorn baby..most likely very loved by its owners who brought it with them in their car. The dog probably has a sad expression as it is wanting so much to be with the owners instead of locked up in the car with the rain beating down around him:) But at least he is dry out of the rain. It would be a good one for the theme loneliness.
