How can we get tired of these perfectly beautiful hummingbird shots? The biggest problem is running out of adjectives to describe them. :-) This is a wonderfully sharp capture.....get used to reading that, Maurie.

Thanks for the props everyone!!!! LOL, Rob, you are the funniest thing!! I shot my birds with a 300mm lens with an external flash attached. I know the background is usually green.... because of the grass...... with all the rain we had been getting, we couldn't mow for a couple of weeks.... when we finally mowed this past weekend.... the "new" grass was a pale yellow color.... so there's the background :)
