If you love an image (whether it's yours or someone else's) and want to make sure others get a chance to see it, you can “feature” it by choosing the “Spotlight” button.
When an image is Spotlighted, it receives enhanced visibility in premium spots throughout the site. Spotlighted images are rotated through these higher-visibility positions to ensure the best opportunity for the images to be seen by JPG users.
If you see a great photo that would make a perfect entry for one of our Shoot Out photo contests but it was uploaded by another user, now you can enter that photo in the contest and, if it wins, you get to share in the contest winnings.
Like a photo editor, if you've got an eye for great work, find it and submit it to a contest. If it wins, since you staked the entry fee, you'll take home part of the prize (the rest, of course, goes to the member who shot the image).

3 weeks ago a friend of mine from church brought over two goats for us to bottle feed for him for 6 weeks.
[my sister-in-law asked me if there was any significance to the fact that it had been raining all week, our friend's name happens to be Noah, and he brought me 2 goats! I laughed out loud and said I don't know but I hope he doesn't bring any other pairs of animals to me because I don't have an ark...]
Though they are not sheep (my daughter's preferred farm animal) they will help her get a feel for what it is like owning a similar sized animal and whether she is up to the commitment long-term. She has nurtured the idea of becoming a shepherd since she was old enough to talk.
We had the impression that they would be bleating all night and keep us up every two hours eating. But they don't eat as often as we thought and were perfectly content to sleep when we put them in their pen.
My wife remarked that "owning goats is easier than owning a dog!"
