I was very teary when I captured this shot at the US WWII cemetery near Carthage, Tunisia. On this wall are written 6, 528 names of US soldiers reported missing in action during the Tunisian Campaign, which eventually resulted in a major defeat to the Germans and Italians.

A beautiful tribute to those who seemingly disappeared from the earth. I can't think of many things sadder than that. A very well composed shot, Deb. I know how difficult it was for you to take this one.
