A: Do you know?

I was walking in the Fort Sam Houston Cemetery on Memorial Day and I came across his grave. I stopped immediately and looked at the date. He is three years younger then me. I stood there for a good 15 minutes and silently thanked him for being so brave, for making a sacrafice most twenty year olds wouldn't think of making. He inspired me to do more with my Air Force career. He made me feel this sense of pride that I have never experienced. Just knowing that I was apart of the same Armed Forces that he served with is as proud as I will ever be. Rest in Peace SPC Fouty, I, as well as your country and your family, will never forget what you sacraficed for your country. God willing, I would love to meet you face to face someday.

A great shot, moving message. Formerly enlisted in the USN, I feel and hear your thought. Amazing what sacrifices are made by the youth of our country everyday. They, along with anyone who serves, are to be commended. Thank you for using your talent to show this young man's contributions to the people he died to protect. my vote
