This view is looking east in my 'side yard.' I figured that looking out "from the front porch" is so much the same from week-to-week in my yard - at least this time of year - that I thought I'd shoot some alternate angles and post a "from the front porch" shot the first week of the each month. I did mow the lawn since the last time. (There's something to look forward to!) The semester's coming to an end in a couple of weeks so I'll be able to post Saturday Shots on Saturday. Really, I'm not trying to be difficult!

Thanks, El! Thanks, Susan! It really is sort of a hidden or "secret" garden right out in the open. The area is almost completely surrounded by plants. It's wonderfully secluded. R
