I love the ability to change the white balance to go as low as I want on my camera (an Olympus E-510) to make any flower or anything for that matter as blue as can be. There's something magical and bizarre about the color blue that always fascinates me and it's great to have control over it while shooting rather than in post production.
It's the prefect color of blue in my opinion.
