It was cold and rainy today with a temperature of 56 degrees. I decided to post a self portrait that I did last night using existing light. I wanted to mainly focus on the music and this was a hard one to do. The words and music to Precious Memories in the song I was playing on the piano was by J.B.F. Wright who was born February 27, 1877 in Tennessee. Here is a link to find the words to this song:

"Precious Memories" certainly is an old favorite. Around here they used to sing it at funerals. I actually heard of someone who wanted sung at their wedding.

Very well done SP using your natural light and focusing on the words to the song. I remember hearing this song sung at a lot of funerals myself. It is a beautiful song!

I love the feel of antiquity in this...the antique piano, the old favorite hymn, and the lighting has almost an oil lamp look. Excellent work on this SP.
