Ugly Duckling?
Caught this mute swan cygnet pausing for a drink in the bright sun. The ripples to the left are from his mother, keeping tabs. The interaction of the ripples and tones made for a reasonably cool palette in this shot; refreshing, I felt, considering the blazing hot day!
