Thunderstorm Inside/Out Series #1
Yesterday we had a huge thunderstorm, I am terrified of thunderstorms. Of all things we moved to the thunderstorm capital which is here in Sarasota. Gerry was making fun of me and told me to go under the bed, and then I came up with the bright idea of trying to take photos of it. This is the only photo where you can actually see the lightening, there were several flashes at the same time, however just the bright colours of storm came out not the actual lightening streaks. Because of the pouring rain, I could not open the sliding doors, so I got this rather fun effect of the warmth of the inside with the raging storm on the outside.

This is a very cool effect. I too am afraid of storms. When the children were little they would climb under the bed and tell me, "It's ok mommy" LOL.
