pleaseant darkness

There is this notion that i found quite intriguing. It is when we feel the need to shut ourself from the world, perhaps seeking a brief moment of absolutely nothing; in which we could just empty our thoughts and retreat into darkness. We would often shut our eyes and bury our face into our hands, as if simulating how it all began..in our mother's womb. It is quite a pleasant expeience.
