Corpse Flower

Amorphophallus titanum. At about 6'9 inches tall, this flower structure is the largest in the world. The flowers themselves are actually small, grouped below the spadix in the center.

It's a shame we don't all have "Smelly-vision"!!! Great close-up shot of this amazing plant.Do you have more than one there(so you can get seed)?

Thanks all! We do have more than one, but they aren't flowering. There is great cooperation between gardens; each sends it's pollen on to the next garden that has one going into flower. This one was the result of self-pollinating the original "Stinky" when it flowered the first time.
