The model was digging through a tub full of outfits but couldn't decide which one she wanted so she just started throwing stuff around and putting random pieces on. Was a really fun shoot.

ahh..love this photo. as everyone has said, beautiful and vibrant colors. I think what really brings it together though is the angle and choice of focus.
