Reflecting on a Storm Passed - KATRINA
New Orleans, 2007
One year after Hurricane Katrina, much of New Orleans remains in disrepair. We don't know what truly caused this storm and the subsequent devastation. Some will argue that its another sign of global warming and man's destructive ways while others will blame humane error with a faulty levy system. Regardless of blame, a city lay in ruin and as people rebuild tomorrow remains uncertain.
In the Reflecting on a Storm Passed - New Orleans photo essay.
