An Unassuming Man
"Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken
in the morning's hush,
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight,
I am the soft stars that shine at night. Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there, I did not die."

I copied you photo and magnified the newspaper story and read what I could. You father was a man who cared about people especially children and did something about it with the hospital and I sure other deeds. The world is poorer without him! Sorry for your loss.

I am glad you use photography to make sense of and explore personal things- the sign of an artist. Learn to use that Rebel, it is a great camera and will help you explore.
