Il buono, il brutto, il cattivo
This series was done between May 15th 2007 and May 15th 2008. On May 27th 2007 the municipal elections were summoned in Catalunya. We all know what the politicians promise us... always great and big changes and substantial progress. I devoted myself, since it started the electoral campaign up to just one year later, to photograph these big changes and substantial progress that never come. There seemed suitable to me to entitle the series as the well-known movie of Sergio Leone - the good, the bad and the ugly- but in his original title "Il buono, il brutto, il cattivo". Was trying to discover who was who in this power game.
They all were promising that to be the good one... a few days later they all were ugly and after one year, they all were already bad.
