On the Indo-Nepaleese border lies the town of Banbasa, in a region ruled by Maoist guerrilla up to recent years.
As I found out previously in Tanzania, second hand stocks of clothing coming from the USA (Salvation Army?) are sold there and maybe it is the case in Nepal as well. Usually bought for the colors, Many I saw would be shocked had they known how to read what's written across their chests.

    It's so funny but this happens everywhere in the world I think in non english speaking countries!

    They just print it out and people don't even bother to ask themselves ,or even someone else for that matter...
