Grounds Keeping
This VERY tiny house is located on the front lawn of the Lions Club in Wolcott Connecticut. Hidden in the shade of the old pines, most of which are 2 feet thick, this 15x15 foot house is half reclaimed by nature. 1/3rd of the roof has been reduced to only beams. There are bird nest in several windows and the 1960's television and refrigerator are about to fall through the floor. Even the front porch fell completely off and has disintegrated in only the last 2 years. The only way you'd know that this house was here was to pass by it in the winter, when the surrounding foliage, and the poison Ivy that covers half the house, is in dormancy. Living room, kitchen, bed room and bathroom...all crammed into 225 square feet.
Used to be quite nice...now....
