I rescued Ben from an animal shelter when he was 12 weeks old. He'd been abused poor thing and was a mess. He's a mongrel but I love him to bits. He's part black labrador and collie I think. He hates his photo taken so i'm very lucky to get this one.

Great composition. He has a lot of trust in his eyes, even though he had a rough start in his life. That's the great thing about dogs. Rescues are the best, mines a mutt too, but she's as pretty as a show dog to me.
