I've been having way too much fun with this effect. My kids were across pond from me, poking at fish and frogs. You basically pick your "target"--here my daughter--set your camera to a slower shutter speed, and while you press the shutter, zoom from a wide angle to a closer one at the same time. I'm easily entertained.
