for the market I needed a lower "price point" and fell into the industry due to an abundance of scrap.

my son smelts ingots for me which I hammer into pendants as well as I now make a line of coin jewelry which I can't make enough of...I love coin jewelry anyway, using mainly quarters and dimes...all on stretchy chokers - many peace signs...what fun. the one above is a hammered brass washer with a hammered copper O ring braized in sterling which skins over the copper (natural plating by two noble metals)...afterwards it gets buffed up. a lot of hand work but it's productive....and a hot item.

I like braizing...it beats hot glue and even superglue.
