I put on my good luck necklace in Sarasota before I left to bring Lorenzo a lucky birth and also I hope a lucky and full life. The charms are a hand (a Brazilian "figa") which is a good luck charm. The round discs are zodiac signs as I was born on a cusp; they have nothing to do with luck but do pertain to birth.
