I took this when I lived in Eugene, Oregon
Traditionally in America and many other counties, shoes being flung onto powerlines can signify anything from marking a house where drugs are sold to advertising gang turf.

I would say that this is a very bad tradition,...If you hang enough shoes like this someone could loose their power,...like the shot,I find it to be interesting,...voted,...
