Just outside in the gardens of Osaka Castle, there was a junior school excursion group being led by an elderly teacher. The temperature was at about 5 degrees Celius (41 degrees Fahrenheit), and it's rather telling how far these two young girls are willing to go for their fashion. Short skirts and bright colours are the order of the day here.
