A man sitting on a bench in the park. I do not know much about the person, however the cart next to him seems to tell a story of a man down on his luck, homeless, etc. That may or may not be true, and up to you to decide. In other places I captioned it:
“Down and Out”
in San Francisco might only
mean their mobile plan is worse than yours

Thanks Ines and Aloha. I felt bad taking it actually, and a bit nervous as I was only like 20ft away. Living in the city we get hardened to this type of thing, so I took it but later almost delete it. I don't know if that cart is his or what his story is actually.
