I stayed in Stonington a couple of days on my way to Maine. While waiting for a play to begin on a New London pier, I looked over my shoulder across these ships. It was an awesome setting to watch a live Shakespearean performance.

"Ring them bells St. Catherine
From the top of the room,
Ring them from the fortress
For the lilies that bloom.
Oh the lines are long
And the fighting is strong
And they're breaking down the distance
Between right and wrong." -

If I can't be in Maine, I want to "on my way to Maine," as you were, when you captured this super shot! [I was in Utah this summer for the Shakespeare Festival in Cedar City.]
